I have been a patient of Dr Kodama for over 30 years. He is the kindest most professional thorough Doctor I have. Not only has he been my doctor I have had the pleasure of working with him he treats all his patients with the same kindness and professionalism no matter what. A good doctor has a great staff behind him Dr Kodama’s staff is as kind and professional as he is. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Dr Kodama is wimpy but nice but who cares, like the other reviews DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR IF YOU ARE HAVING ACTIVE GI SYMPTOMS THAT NEED ATTENTION because you will be ignored, not contacted with results of any proceedure done and when you do call the office you will never reach him. He dropped me as a patient when I kept calling his office for results of my Abdominal Ultrasound a week later. I wanted to know, obviously, he barely said it was negative, I dont know for what and when I told him his office gave me an appointment 3 months later to discuss the results and asking him for a second opinion about my active Diverticulitis and biopsy results of my Pancreas that was shown to have stones and sludge and he did nothing about it. Very poor with communication, his staff too. My Pharmacist was stunned that he didn't even start antibiotics or try for that matter but the Diverticulitis pain and symptoms he completely ignored, just said I needed a surgeon for the gallbladder but said I… wasn't having Diverticulitis again. Another doctor missed the Diverticulitis after a colonoscopy to begin with.These doctors never put themselves in their patients shoes. Wait till it happens to them, then they will know the pain is real.

Yes, because he takes time to talk and listen he is always running late. But the fact he takes the time with you, he finds the problem behind the issue. I have complete satisfaction and confidence in his care.

Dr. Kodama, is by far one of the most caring, compassionate and thorough diagnosticians I have met in my 30+ years in the medical field. The only negative thing anyone could ever say, is timeliness. Due to the fact he treats each person with respect, dignity and kindness, resulting in delays at times. Dr. Kodama, has secured a very special place in heaven, ands by far deserves this recognition...Thank you Dr. Kodama!
