Overall Dr. Kraft has great bedside manners. He is never rude when he speaks to you and he tries to answer you questions in a way that you would understand. I feel that if I was seeing him outside of work comp He would be a better doctor. I think sometimes he feels pressure because my case manager is always with me so even when he does recommend something the case manager always seems to have the final say in everything. One visit he recommended a CT scan and an Xray , and my case manager said " we will go with the xrays because they are cheaper." I was extremely annoyed. Another Issue I have had is that we have tried many options to relief pain and for the most part some do work, however I still have been getting episodes of extreme pain and I know because of the abuse others have used it one reason why he maybe hesitant about meds, but I think the other part has to do with my work comp and its very frustrating. Sometimes I dont even see the point of going to him because its like no… matter how I am feeling or what I am describing he doesn't listen he only cares about what the case manager has to say. I would NOT recommend anyone who is under work comp to come here.

Kevin Krafft (won't consider him as doctor) disregards anything you tell him. He sent me back to work with post traumatic stress on top of being able to walk or stand for long periods of time to work standing and operating heavy machinery for 8 hours a day. He also neglected or refused to give me any answers to my test results. One of his therapist told me I had a tear in my knee but quickly stayed quiet because they didn't think I was allowed to find out.

Dr Krafft and his staff are friendly and very helpful and understanding!!

This doctor he's like militia and just wanted to get money not to help paitint get better but thanks God I have been recording him to protect my right he's an idiot

Doctor Krafft is very knowledgeable & efficient with diagnosis & treatment. He has a great bedside manner - easy to talk to & answers questions very accurately. He's very educated & you really feel relieved when you're done with the appointment, knowing that you have been diagnosed correctly & that there is help for what ails you.

Dr. Krafft is that most desireable of doctors, the one who treats the person and not just the disease. Of the dozens of physicians who treated my ill husband, Dr. Krafft stood out as the most compassionate. He ensured seamless care during my husband's hospitalization, collaborating with therapists, his other doctors and caregivers. Furthermore, he was deeply concerned for my well being. As my physically disabled husband's primary caregiver, I bore the extremely demanding buden of day to day care. Dr. Krafft made sure that we had all the necessary medical equipment in place, and that I was properly trained to use it, before releasing my husband from the hospital. If I ever had a question, or required his assistance, despite his extremely busy schedule, he would always respond in a timely manner. His staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Krafft. He was my husband's doctor, but he improved the lives of everyone in our family.
