Diagnosed couple of years ago with possible tumor. MRI not scheduled due to poor office staff and never a return phone call. Now have brain cancer after tumor had grown

I finally found a doctor that figured out my issues. Dr. Lai was so kind and very thorough.

Dr. Lai was very professional and I was pleased with the treatment I received from him but trying to get a return call from the office is next to impossible!

I've seen Dr Lai 3 times this past yr. I'm so glad and thankful I found this eye doctor. I feel very confident in his skill, and the attention he's paying to my eye care. The staff is great - friendly, professional, and prompt. Thank you all so much for the excellent care.
