Dr. Kevin F Law, MD

Very knowledgeable in his field and application of treatments to his patients however the man is extremely rude in how he speaks to people, unprofessional and his and his staffs time management is horrible. He is always late. Talented as a doctor but he is not so great a person which would make one forgo his services to be seen elsewhere. If it weren't for that he'd get an excellent rating. It's a shame because he is great at what he does.

My grandmother had her first appt scheduled at 2:15 but she got there at 1:50, at 3:15 she still was not seen. My grandmother had another appt with her oncologist because of surgery she recently had. When we spoke with the nurse by the name of Monica and informed her that we had another appointment her response was we shouldn’t have never scheduled appointments back to back. We then spoke with the nurse manager Kathleen who also stated appointments should not be scheduled back to back, I advised her she has been waiting for over and hour and that they should have a better scheduling system. Kathleen then proceeded to tell me that is impossible, and maybe we should find another office to go too. I advised her that would not be a problem, and if you have a patient waiting in the waiting area for over an hour the professional thing to do is to check in on them and even give them the option of rescheduling, but this was not the case in this office. When scheduling people they should let… them know up front that sometimes wait times can be excessive and no other appointments should be scheduled Incase their is an excessive wait. This office is unprofessional i will never recommend them to anyone. We had to also call her insurance company to inform them as well Incase hey tried to submit and charges.

Unfortunately there was no visit with the Doctor, because his unprofessional staff, made it very impossible to stay and tolerate another minute of wait, after waiting 1 hour and forty five minutes. This is not a recommended facility see someone else, who has your time and interest and care at heart.

Spent a good amount of time discussing my condition

I have been going to Dr. Law for many years. He was my Mother’s doctor prior to me needing his service. He never rushes you and is a great listener. He has improve my quality of life and would recommend him.

Dr. Law has been attentive, professional and diligent in addressing my asthma condition and sleep apnea. I have been seeing him for many years now and am happy with his knowledge of the disease and his treatment and diagnosis

I have been a patient of Dr. Ken Law for many years now and I have found him to be a very caring, kind and understanding doctor who listens when I have a problem. I have recommended Dr. Law to several of my friends and do not hesitate to to do so. Many thanks to Dr. Law and his staff.

Good service very ,informative I quite helpful

I have been a patient of Dr. Law's for many years, In the past couple years it was very hard to get through them or get things done in a timely matter, Overall the past two months its been very efficient I can get through them all the time any thing I ask for gets done in a timely manner and I also get a phone call back to confirm its done, My husband became a patient recently and it seems that he only has one lady doing all the work but I may say she is very efficient and very friendly, I am also very satisfied with Dr law he answers all of my question and concerns I highly recommend him to anyone!

5 yrs ago after respiratory failure crisis sent me to ER, that ER Dr. referred me to Dr. Kevin Law. That was the best (& true life-saving) referral I have ever had. I was diagnosed late stage COPD with a not so great prognosis. Despite my being a smoker, Dr. Law promised to treat & support me, never abandon or judge me ( even when I foolishly continued smoking). He has kept his promise. I am doing better than anyone expected. He has kept me crisis-free, hospital-free, most of time steroids free & I am becoming more active. He prescribes what meds I need as indicated by my condition,, but will not be influenced or dictated to prescribe meds he knows are medically unnecessary. I truly owe my life and my improved ability to function with less respiratory stress to Dr. Kevin Law. Thank you to him & to all his office staff who provide professional & friendly support & care without judgement.
