Dr. Kevin Liebovich, MD

Unfortunately, our experience with this doctor’s office has been extremely frustrating. There seems to be a serious breakdown in communication and accountability when it comes to handling insurance paperwork. My partner requires infusion treatments on a strict six-week schedule due to a chronic condition. Despite this, the office has repeatedly submitted prior authorization requests far too close to the appointment date—sometimes just days before. This has led to delayed approvals, rescheduled infusions, and unnecessary stress and health risks. What’s worse, the staff made no effort to follow up with the insurance provider or expedite the process. The lack of urgency and patient advocacy is deeply concerning. For a facility that should be focused on delivering essential care, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. We will be looking for a healthcare provider that takes their responsibility to patients more seriously.

Dr. Liebovich is a very caring and patient doctor. I had a endoscopy done last week and he got back to me with the results in a timely manner. I highly recommend him for any gastro issues.

I can’t think of many things more uncomfortable than a colonoscopy prep. However, if you’ve had the procedure performed by Dr Liebovich you’ll soon forget about that dreadful night. He’s a highly skilled physician with a phenomenal personality. He keeps you informed of everything before and after the procedure as well. Great doctor.
