Dr. Masterson was my Dr. for about 12 years in Cleveland OH. Then he moved, I miss him. Very good Dr.

Dr. Kevin Masterson and Dr. Constane Magoulias are the top best Family Practice Doctors in the State of Ohio. These doctors not only treated my medical needs, but also took time out of their busy schedules to offer me sound advice on dealing with personal problems. To say the least, I am a much better person for having the privilege and honor of being treated by these two Doctors.

Persistent non-professional one way communication.

Dr. Masterson is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He delivered 3 of my 4 children, and would have delivered all 4 if not for insurance issues. I wish I could keep him as my families doctor...politics should not make this choice for me.

Dr. Masterson is always kind and sensitive to my needs. A great diagnostician, thorough, always explains everything entirely. Follows up with your needs. Respectful and personable.

My psychologist suggested I see a physician for anti-depressants, since I couldn't afford a psychiatrist. I chose Dr. Masterson at random, since I had no family doctor at the time. He was over three hours late for the appointment. I'm not really sure what compelled me to stay in his office that long, but I spent 2 hours+ in the waiting room and another 45 or so in exam room before he enetered. When I asked for the pills, he agreed to give them to me, though explained they weren't going to help and that he really didn't put much faith in "Western medicine." I then sat in his office and listened to a long-winded speech about finding love in my heart and forgiveness, all the while repeating himself multiple times on the same talking points. This lasted for about 30-45 minutes which made me realize why he had been so late as he probably does this with all his patients. For not being a specialist, Kevin had a surprising amount of opinions on how to best manage my mental health knowing… nothing about me or my treatments.

I have been a patient of Dr. Masterson for the past few years. I would never recommend him to another person. I would rather go to the emergency room instead of bothering with him. He spends the entire appointments talking over you and does not let you get a word in. He is extremely condescending and arrogant when he explains anything. His office staff is no better. Also, he is a few miles down the road from Fairview Hospital but does not have rights there anymore. I am searching for a new doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Masterson for a few years. I am on this website in the process of finding another doctor. Every time I have to deal with him or his staff I cringe. He takes up the entire office visit talking over you and not listening to anything you have to say. When you are able to get a word in he completely dismisses you and makes you feel like your an idiot for asking questions or having an opinion. His staff is equally dismissive and I have observed them gossiping about patients after they leave. I can not wait to find a new doctor,

I am certain that I could never trust a doctor more than I do Dr. Masterson. After having suffered malpractice at the hands of a different doctor, I completely trust and respect Dr. Masterson and his team.He is exceptionally gifted and intelligent, his bedside manner is professional and caring, his diagnosis are very accurate and, although he does talk with you quite a bit, it is so that you have a clear understanding of what is ailing you, its' causes, symptoms, treatment and what to expect next. Furthermore, he not only treats the physical problem, he is compassionate enough to make sure that you are able to "handle" what is happening to you.On a scale of 0 - 5, with 5 being the highest, Dr. Masterson has EARNED a 10 in how he has treated our family.

My overall experience with DR. Masterson was very positive, he is a very good doctor, I would highly recommend him to anyone.
