Went to see him after a fall injury that has left me with constant sorenesd and pain and was basically told to "get my ovaries checked!" Really?!!! He did not care one bit about trying to find the cause of the problem and did not care one bit about the patient in front of him. I do not recommend him to anyone, he wasted my time and money. I could have gone to someone who actually cares about his patient's well-being.

I have never encountered a more rude and arrogant physician. Why so arrogant? Why so pompous? This guy needs a refresher course in bed side manner and common courtesy.

Unfortunately, they won’t help with your required paperwork needed for your employer. If you work big oil, chemical or government you can’t get documentation filled out. Unfortunately you are left high and dry with no understanding for your work requirements . If you have a job requiring paperwork look elsewhere, don’t get pulled into a nightmare.

I am so thankful I chose Dr McCarthy to do my back surgery. He truly takes pride in his work and his knowledge. He may my talk a whole lot like us Southerners, but I tell you what, it’s cause when you are talking to him his mind is already working to see how he’s going to fix you. So from my own experience with him I give him a big thumbs up and say God Bless You and your team and staff. Y’all are the best

I was scheduled for an epidural injection that he screwed up, lied about, then threatened me over. Would not recommend; stay away!!

This Doctor Dont care about your life I was a Referal from lake hospital I have Ins and he would never do this to one of his family are friends i am 60 years old and I have a paper from lake hospital in walker to see him are Christopher and both after knowing I was brought a wheel chair but security seeing I was in pain sent me away with no help with a blood Presure at 200 from the pain

Dr. McCarthy is a wonderful physician. He fixed my many years of back pain through a minimally invasive procedure that no other surgeon in the area is offering. It has been over 2 years and I still have no pain. Would recommend him or his awesome staff to any of my family or friends.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. McCarthy as my doctor. He is focused, knowledgable, skilled, confident and respectful. After two cortisone injections and nerve medication that did not last I chose to have ACDF surgery. This was a process of learning and accepting what was and what could be with medical technology. The entire team, especially Christina Landry, helped me through this last year's journey with their expertise and capable guidance. They have proved themselves to be the very best when it comes to spinal care. Thank you all.
