Dr. McGill completed his general surgery residency at Loyola University Hospital in Maywood, Illinois and his fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery from Columbia University at St Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians, Dr. McGill worked as a general and Bariatric surgeon at Buckhead Surgical Associates, and was involved in bringing Bariatric surgical services to Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.
