He did a great job speaking with me in office, explaining the situation, and then doing my surgery and getting me through recovery.

"How was my visit with Dr. Mcmahon? Are there even words to describe the level of incompetence? A doctor whom rearranges NG tubing, “thinks” something isn’t right, leaves to enjoy the rest of his night without confirming proper placement and checking the accuracy of said placement? We waited almost 4 hours after his manhandling only to find out he indeed “thought” accurately. The tubing had to be redone for the FOURTH time. Also, mind you, he mentioned not wanting to have to redo this due to possible damage. The ED nurses faces said enough during this entire adventure. I could go on, but why bother? I will leave with this final “thought” (since Dr. Mcmahon seems to only have thoughts and no actual knowledge-every other word out of his mouth was “thought”) Dr. Mcmahon-I sincerely wish that you either find a more suitable career path or spend much more time brushing up on your specialty of choice. Your bedside manner doesn’t exist and saying sorry isn’t going to fix things. You chose to… be a doctor to help, not to make things worse and apologize later. I am absolutely appalled with the way we were “cared” for by Lehigh Valley Hospital." Edit-finally moved to a room after 9 hours of errors in the ER, to only wait for Dr.Mcmahon to be unreachable to even enter the order for the procedure. Thank you again, for all of your negligence.
