At first he seemed nice and knowledgeable, but over time I found him extremely arrogant and overconfident. He advised several things that were unsafe. When his advice resulted in problems he became angry and denied it.

A visited the doctor about a year-and-a-half ago and was told positively that my insurance was accepted now I receive a bill and I have been told that my insurance is not accepted, now I'm expected to pay the full cost of my two visits. I should not be held accountable for the staffs lack of knowledge. I also have received several harassing phone calls from Kirt about my bill this is certainly not how I would expect to be treated as a patient.
