Dr. Kevin Frank Ollington, MD

I was referred to Dr Ollington. Most times, no one answers the phone. On one occasion, I was immediately put on hold, and then the hold was disconnected right after. When I received a call back, I was told that the doctor hadn't reviewed my information, and I could not schedule an initial appointment because he might want to schedule a procedure--evidently without speaking to me first. I see from other reviews that this has been going on for years.

The main problem with this doctor is his office. It is run by the most incompetent people I have EVER come across. Scheduling an appointment is next to impossible as virtually NOBODY seems to actually work there. They don't return phonecalls, when you call, you get voicemail, which tells you they're out. You finally get someone, they transfer you to dead lines, or hang up on you. Just a waste of time. Do yourself a favor, find another doctor who works in a more competent office. Y
