Dr. Otteson has been our family dentist for quite a few years now. I appreciate the care Dr. Otteson has for his patients and his practice, and feel he goes above and beyond to be sure his patients have healthy teeth and mouths! As an example, Dr. Otteson had told me some time ago that I'd need a crown on one of my teeth. I realized it was time when the tooth started aching over several nights. I called Dr. Otteson's office and they said they were closing for vacation for two weeks. They very kindly fit me in that very day so I wouldn't have to wait two weeks to have the work done. As he worked, Dr. Otteson described each step, which helped me feel very comfortable, and I left the office with my permanent crown! Thanks, Dr. Otteson! Great dentistry!

I went to Dr. Otteson to have a three-unit bridge. Both ends of the bridge were already crowns. So, Dr. Otteson removed both crowns, took impression and I had a new bridge. Around five years later, one of the teeth that held the bridge has decayed under the crown moving to the root. Now the decayed tooth must be extracted and two implants must be put in instead at a cost of approx. $9000.00. I went back to Dr. Otteson and he washed his hands from any wrong doing, however, other Dentists’ opinions say it is possible that the decayed tooth had a cavity before the bridge was put in but wasn’t detected at that time. Not only that but he refused to give me one Dollar discount to redo the bridge. No compassion whatsoever from the Dr. especially the office manager, Nora. Unless I pay every penny, they refused to help me and correct the problem.
