I had a referral to see this doctor and had an appointment which I had MRI with contrast done. Drove 4 hours from Harlingen tx to his Victoria office and after filling out papers and being ushered into little room, a lady comes in and says she's the doctor's PA. I was shocked and ask if I was not to see the Dr and she says she screens for him and no surgery needed, in her opinion, he doesn't see them. Do you not think they could have given this information on the phone? I needed information from the doctor not a PA. If he's not going to make the money, he's not interested in you I guess. My insurance company plus my doctors have been notified about this incident. Can not say if any good but he's not a doctor I'd recommend.

Don’t let this man preform surgery surgery. He paralyzed my husband. Please avoid him.

Due to Dr. Richardson waiting too long, I choose another route for help. Staff was rude. Did not discuss all options just the one he wanted you to hear. Did not discuss success rates of procedure, he intended to do.

Do NOT go to this DR. my husband had two appointments with him and was in intense sciatic nerve pain . he was told they wud prescribe a steroid z pac. his appt. was at 10:30 am. by 9:00 pm the prescription was NEVER recvd. at our Pharmacy ! After multiple "strong" messages to the answering services Dr. Richardson called back with multiple excuses on his staffs part ( lunch breaks ect,,) and lectured me on my attitude !!! and hung up on me after informing me he had no more desire to treat my husband . still no prescription and husband still in pain. I have never ever had the misfortune in dealing with a doctor so unprofessional. and never have been so moved to report one to the medical board !!!

Worst office support ever! Only ONE person that does Pre-Op orders, FMLA paperwork & insurance authorizations. Veronica took 2 weeks after surgery consult to send Authorization to insurance & another 2 weeks to follow up. She waited 3 business days before surgery to call the insurance for surgery authorization & complained about long hold times w/insurance.  No promises were kept on return calls, our family was escorted off property by security! Surgeon canceled surgery! She did not do her job!!

Excellent surgeon, I would recommend him to anyone.

my Visit with Dr. Richardson was a very pleasant visit each time I visit the wait was not long at all everyone was nice and Professional the diagnoise he gave me was on point he took his time with and explain in terms that I could relate to as a Patient not Dr"s term and for that I am greatful and will visit him in the future if needed.
