Horrible experience having laser at his clinic. His laser technician Jessie permanently damaged my skin with erbium laser. I’m not sure how a technician is allowed to conduct erbium deep resurfacing. He was not present and did not oversee her work. When I contacted him with concerns he just kept staying she was the “expert” and referring me back to her. Stay clear of this place.

Unfortunately I didn’t see this site prior to having a facelift along with neck lift. The doctor told me he had never had anyone who’s nerves didn’t come back within a year. I’m past a year and I couldn’t be more disappointed on the job that he did And the fact he lied. I look awful. My face is sideways because my right side has nerve damage. My ears look weird, and he ruined my cheeks which I didn’t want him changing that look, just the dropping jaw line. Now, I have bunches of lines under my eyes so I can’t smile because it doesn’t even look normal. Take the advice and stay far away from this doctor. He is no good and he doesn’t seem to have good mannerism either. He is a liar from what I have read.

VERY unhappy with results of Summer 2018. Do NOT recommend for face/neck lift. Similar results to other 1-star results here; wish had found this site while weighing options..

I had a very bad experience with Dr Robertson and would not recommend him.

Dr. Robertson did my face lift in 2004 and I am still suffering.I have nerve damage which causes me headaches, ear aches, neck sensitivity and swollen lumps under my skin.In the beginning, he told me in three months all the pain would pass. Then, he said it could take a year. After a year, he said it could take 10 years to be rid of my painful symptoms.I live with chronic pain. The quality of my life has decreased significantly since I crossed paths with Dr. Roberson. I used to be healthy, and now I suffer from pain almost constantly. Some days its debilitating. Dr. Robertson lacks experience and knowledge. Please think twice before choosing him for something so invasive as facial surgery.

Dr. Robertson is a terrific doctor. I have had a face lift, nose restructure, and some tweaks here and there. He has always been attentive and takes the time with me. I have been able to contact him after hours after surgery and he was never rude or short. I have recommended him to friends and family. I am completely satisfied with his staff as well. I have never experienced anything but pleasant and warm greeting and atmosphere.

After a face lift there was skin discolororation on my check, an ear lobe that was disfigured and scare tissue/bumps under my ears. His sutures were less than desirable.
