Dr. Kevin Christopher Schindler, MD

Dr. Kevin C. Schindler, MD, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over seventeen years of experience as a hospitalist. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and also holds a Master's degree in Clinical Gerontology from Baylor University. Throughout his career, Dr. Schindler has combined patient care with academic leadership, serving as an Associate Professor of Medicine and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows. He directed clinical skills courses, chaired curriculum committees, and led initiatives to improve patient safety and quality of care for veterans. His philosophy centers on empowering patients and care teams through accurate information and continual learning. Passionate about heart health, nutrition, and diabetes, Dr. Schindler strives to help individuals prioritize their well-being. Outside of medicine, he enjoys reading and spending time with his family.
