Dr. Kevin James Shelton, MD

My son has addiction issues & Dr. Shelton & his staff know it, but over prescribe all manner of pills anyway, even after I called them about it. They are totally unethical & care only about the money. My son has nearly overdosed because of them.

Dr. Shelton has been over prescribing medication to his patients for years. You have anxiety in public speaking - valium - you need energy - adderall - oh your elbow hurts - tylenol with codeine - no questions, blood tests etc - here is your prescription. My family member is so far gone off the "prescribed" medication - he has a whole new personality - Thanks Dr. Shelton - I really appreciate having to have my family seek additional costly and lengthy medical treatment due to your lack of medical integrity!!!

He prescribed hormone therapy and did not monitor our blood. As a result my husband suffered hemochromatoma and I grew whiskers!!! When we found a different doctor, our medical records were refused to us!!! Our doctor then requested and, her requests were ignored too!! Also, his mother-in-law jabbed for and missed my vein severalvtines before I finally refused to let her jab me again. She had NO compassion for her ineptness in taking blood. I do not believe she us even a nurse! She had a very nasty attitude, and, she gossiped in the hallway about me! I have had blood drawn several times in my life without any problems at all from trained medical professionals.

Was a patient for 3 years until I finally got fed up with the office staff never returning calls. I have had issue after issue with lab works with this office. I got a simple blood test bill for 19,000.00 dollars. They told me to not worry about it. I am now getting collection people calling me about it. Im not sure what in the heck could cost 19,000.00 for simple blood work. They will not return my calls. Been calling for over a years. Not one return call. I would not go to this office if you are looking.

I shouldn't have to wait to get an appointment, I shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes for my appointment, and I shouldn't hear his mother in law- nurse want to be in the other room talking about me. This doctor is letting his staff run him into the ground.

The only Dr in 20 yrs I actually like.

The most intuitive physician I've ever known

With the new receptionist in place this is the best clinic. The office staff are always very welcoming, and receptive to my questions. Dr. Shelton has to be the most knowledgeable Dr. in the country regarding my diagnosis. I have referred many close acquaintances to Dr. Shelton over the years. My Dad even drives from Austin to see Dr. Shelton due to his expertise. Highly recommend!

Dr Shelton is awesome. Staff is difficult to reach. Hard to get anyone to answer the phone.

Dr. Shelton is a great doctor.
