Dr. Kevin Earl Sherer, MD

I was very apprehensive to go to a new sleep doctor when we moved here, but I found Dr. Sherer and his staff to be WONDERFUL! He was very thorough and patient with me as I explained my history. He was very familiar with the medication regimen I had been on and discussed possible options that may be better for me. He listened to me, and made me feel like all my concerns and questions were valid. I was very impressed.

My family doctor referred me to Dr Sherer because it had been 7 yrs since I had a sleep apnea check. He saw me for 5 minutes and told me I didn't need another sleep study after looking at a form I had filled out. He billed Medicare $ 330.00 for this 5 minute visit so I requested my medical records and he wrote up that he did a whole complete physical on me. He wrote that he checked my thyroid, heart, lungs etc and he never did such thing. I reported this to the Medicare Fraud Dept and made him amend my records. My family doctor sent me somewhere else and it was verified that I indeed needed another sleep study and a new CPAP machine with higher settings. So if I hadn't checked into this I would not be getting the adequate sleep apnea treatment. Dr. Sherer is a fraud.

Nice Guy and knowledgeable, not afraid to pass it on either.

Very bad service, front desk personal very unprofessional and very discriminative against Hispanics. Very unwilling to help with necessary treatment options.

Took a lot of time gave me the right Meds, was back to feeling good in no time. Still doing good and would recommend him to anyone.
