When I moved to Port Charlotte almost 3 years ago I never thought I would find a doctor that could replace my doctor from back north that took care of my parents, my husband at end of life, me through cancer and dealing with all the emotions of taking care of everyone but Dr Somai is that doctor and more! He just looked at me during our first visit and knew all the emotions that I had gone through and step by step, slowly we fixed them together. How he listens, how he remembers, how he analyzes my blood work to put everything together to make me a whole person I can’t explain. I am thankful every day that I googled primarily physicians, looked at the reviews and Dr Somai was accepting new patients because without him I don’t think I would be as happy as I am today.

I had tried two different doctors when I first moved to Florida and was very unhappy with the part time attitude. I found Dr Kevin Somai through my insurance company and thought I would give him a try. I went to see him and was immediately glad I did. Dr Somai spent a great deal of time learning about my history and my health care goals. He sent me for lab work and has spent hours talking with me about ways to improve not only my current health but my lifestyle choices that will improve my health for years to come. I value his opinions. I know I can count on him to answer my calls. I know that he has my best interests at heart. Dr Kevin Somai has proven to me that he is a full time doctor who is interested in a long term relationship with my health. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. He has been a great find for me and I feel like I have finally found someone I can confide in and trust.

Dr. Somai has been an amazing help to me! I am so grateful for him. He is my "Dr. House." He was able to intervene and help me when other specialists could not. He is a wonderful listener and will make sure he gets to the bottom of any issues. He never makes me feel rushed. Highly recommend!

Dr. Somai is one of the best doctors there is. The people giving him low ratings didnt give him a chance. He has improved my life and the lives of many other people immeasurably.If your Doctor doesnt have answers for you give the good doctor a shot.He will run a lot of tests for a good reason your blood doesnt lie.

We have been going to Dr. Somai for a little over 2 years and we absolutely love him! Dr. Somai listens to all your concerns and genuinely cares about your well being. My husband was so sick when he first started seeing Dr. Somai. After some testing, he was properly diagnosed and is now doing so much better. I started seeing him as well as our daughter. Go see him, you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Somai is the best doctor I have ever visited. Have been with him a year and a half and have since recommended 5 other people to use him. I went in with a myriad of issues that were affecting my daily life. First plus, he didn't throw a ton of medication at me. He is a very kind and caring person, he isn't happy with you feeling better, he wants you to actually be better. Because of this, there were a lot of tests. More than I expected, and for areas that seemed odd for my symptoms. What I have learned, is everything is connected and there is a reason he wanted them. He takes the time to explain everything. When you visit him, you dont feel like the next in a revolving door, he takes time to learn about you as a person. Once initial tests were done, went on a few medications to handle immediate issues. From day one, he said the goal was to not stay on them, it was temporary. Year later, I am off of everything and the healthiest and happiest I've been. Go see this man!!!
