Dr. Kevin Stone is compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to genuinely listen and he is serious about getting down to the bottom of the medical issue. His follow-up is also unsurpassed...he will typically call you personally, and in a timely fashion. Very dedicated doctor!

I was impressed the way Dr Stone took the time to call me to follow up and made sure to also call and follow up with another doctor he referred me to.

Had 10:45 appt. new patient show up at 10:15 to fill out paper work. At 11:30 asked how much longer, told next patient. 3 more patients called in. At noon asked for my co-pay and paperwork. If this doctor is that busy he has no time to give good care. Ran into lady downstairs who also had 10:45 appt. This guy is in for the Medicaid money because all his patients were older and lupus and scleroderma are young folks disease.

Once that door closes, I feel like I'm Dr. Stone's only patient. He takes the time to listen to me; asks about the pain level of my rheumatism; and truly understands his specialty. Kudos to Dr. Stone and his nurse, Camilla.

unpleasant person .seems confus .never say hello .office is cold with bright neon lights .staff is cold .this doctor sems not to care at all .just want to collect fromm insurance .

This place is terrible! I have been there several times. They were supposed to send my prescription to be mail ordered and never did. When I called to remind them I was told I had to see the doctor - again - first. I couldn't get an appointment, I called 3 times and no one ever returned my calls!!!

Doctor Stone is very attentive and caring when it comes to the care HE gives. Unfortunately, that doesn't transfer over to the staff. Everyone from the Office manager, personal nurse Camilla and the girl that sets appointments are totally incompetent. The only one that actually helped me was the lady at the front desk where you sign in. Everyone else is useless and should be arrested for stealing my oxygen while I was in thirty presence. Leaving messages doesn't resolve anything whether you leaner it on the answering machine or with the answering service. There's no sense of urgency from the staff and they can care less whether your in pain or not. I had to physically go there in order to change an appointment...not once but twice. Then if they say they will do something expect then not to. I suffered waiting for an approval from my insurance company for over a week ...after I declared I will discontinue my care there...miraculously they have samples? Where were the samples… when i expressed the pain I was suffering from? Then I was told by Camilla that she hopes that my new doctor would be faster than she was....they were. I got my medicine the NEXT DAY. WHAT A MIRACLE! Lucky for me that I was able to find a physician that same day and a nurse that ACTUALLY was capable of her job.
