Dr. Kevin M Tran

Our experience with Dr. Kevin Tran at SuperDentist has been disappointing and frustrating. After our child had a few cleanings and fillings, we were shocked to see that they charged our insurance for over a thousand dollars without proper explanation. Furthermore, they contacted us and claimed to have a serious concern about our son's bite, pressuring us to schedule an immediate consultation, which they initially said would be complementary and free of charge. However, during the consultation, we were charged $300 for just 30 minutes of Dr. Kevin Tran's time. During the consultation, Dr. Kevin Tran tried to convince us that our son had a serious underbite issue and urged us to proceed with a procedure that would cost us $5,000. This made us uncomfortable as we felt rushed and pressured into an expensive treatment without adequate explanation or options. Fortunately, we sought a second opinion from another orthodontist and were shocked to hear a completely different opinion. This… raised serious doubts about Dr. Kevin Tran's diagnosis and recommendations. We are extremely disappointed with SuperDentist practice and caution other patients to carefully review their invoices and not blindly believe everything they hear from them. The lack of transparency, unexpected charges, and conflicting opinions from different practitioners have left us with a negative impression of Dr. Kevin Tran and SuperDentist. We will be seeking dental care elsewhere moving forward.
