Dr. Kevin John Urbanek, DDS

He was mad because I needed more numbing (that really makes him angry).... He didn't tell me I had gum disease. All the while cleaning my teeth (for years) when I needed to go to a specialist. Now I have significant bone loss because of this sorry college boy. I should sue him for malpractice. The dentist I have now showed me my first visit my x rays and explained to me about bone loss which you can clearly see on the x rays. He will mock the way you talk. And with tears in your eyes drill away. He is evil. He is snooty. He thinks he is better than you.

He is very thorough and informative. All of the staff there are very well mannered and very helpful. I chose to leave a 5 star review on my experience. I would 10 out of 10 recommend him and his staff to family and friends.

Dr Urbanek is one of the best dentist's we have ever had. His staff is very caring and the new office is extremely nice. It's easy to make appointments and they run on time. Dr.Urbanek gives you options regarding your care. We are very happy to be seen by such a good dentist.

Kevin Urbanek is the worst dentist I've ever been to. I told him ahead of time that it takes about 3 shots of Novocaine to numb me. Well be didn't listen and when I jerked in pain, he actually got mad at me and came back at me rudely with "well, I'm not going to see you anymore. I'll just send you to someone who won't hurt you!" He was a very rude jerk and I'll never go to him again!!

Very nice doctor. He did really well with my 3 young children as well. The staff made my kids feel comfortable as well. Great team!

I would never recommend this dr. to anyone. He told me I had 3 cavities that he filled. Afterwards I had horrible pain and all three of my teeth were very sensitive to hot and cold . I went back and he told me that it would eventually go away. A few months later I went and had a second opinion. I had all of my X-rays sent to my new dr.s office and i was told that the 3 cavities I was told I had weren't even cavities. I believe he told me I had these make believe cavities just to make a quick buck. $ Not to mention I paid over $500 out of my own pocket to have this unnecessary work done. Do your research.... I hope this helps!

I really don't have anything positive to say about my experience with this dentist. He was really rude to me, cut me off when I asked him a question. Coming away from his office, my bite is off, he created food traps. Failed to fix them to name a few things he did to my mouth. I am now paying a few thousand to fix what he did.
