Wonderful staff!!

The staff is horrible and rude. They talk down to you. Dr. Young is great, but his staff is so rude that I (as well as three other people I have met) are refusing to return to his clinic. The clinic would be a lot better without the rude staff members he has there.

Used to be a decent clinic but now won't see any new patient (had been a year since I was last seen) after 3:15. Would not budge on this. People can't take off for a dr appt like this. Staff was rude (as wasi by thos point).

Dr young has no problem in seeing you and taking your money but when you need something like a copy of your medical records forget it. As I write this I'm sitting in his empty waiting room trying to get my medical records a staff comes and tells me they are not ready we will call you. This has been going on for 6 days. I have also been told my records were on his desk and he has to sign them. Do what!!! I was told by another doctor that many doctors have stopped referring patients to him for this reason. I have also advised his staff that I would be filling a complaint with the Mississippi medical board and they act like its no big deal. Sad!!!!
