Dr Youngs is kind, warm and easy to talk with, but office follow-through on test results and referrals is frequently a problem.

Very easy to talk too also listen to you and if have a question he answers honestly been his patient for 15 years.

Dr. Youngs and his staff is exceptional. I can't say enough about how happy I am to have found him as a doctor. He takes the time to explain things, he listens, the staff is wonderful

Great followup and personal care

Dr. Youngs is great with our whole family. Grandparents, parents, and our daughter.

His staff is fast and courteous! Always get me in at last minute notice. Dr Youngs is kind and personable. He listens to your complaints and never rushes you out. a great doctor!

Dr Youngs is extremely competent. I'm not sure what the other people's problems were with not getting pain meds because he prescribed appropriate medication for me and my family when necessary. He has a strong opinion on giving excessive prescriptions beyond what should be given which I agree with. My complaint is with his assistant who does not always follow up with calls, is discourteous and seems annoyed to be working.

WHAT A FRIENDLY OFFICE ALL AROUND WONDERFUL PLACE TO TAKE THE WHOLE FAMILY

Excellent doctor. Highly recommend. However there is no communication mechanism between the front office staff and the back office staff. Basically you get referred to voice mail and rarely get to talk to a staff member directly. A great doctor needs an above average staff to resolve isuues that need human intervention to resolve promptly.

I've only been in to see Dr. Youngs a few times. He is young, but seems genuinely concerned for patient welfare. It's nice that the office sets up a "Meet and Greet" with the doctor before he takes on a new patient. So far, I've been very pleased with his service.My issue is with the staff. When I first came to the office I immediately observed what I felt was a lack of professionalism in their demeanor, and noted a rather casual attitude toward the patients. Dr. Young's calls are screened...it's unlikely that you'll every be able to speak to him on the phone. His "screener" is, in my view, discourteous, unprofessional, and not particularly good at communicating what the doctor wants.
