Dr Kazanjian performed surgery on me last month. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been in his care. He is highly skilled, confident, experienced, and was a source of stability in the midst of the confusing swirl following my cancer diagnosis. I really appreciate Dr Kazanjian and his team ! Dr. Kazanjian was an excellent doctor , he is like a professor ! and all his team were very knowledgeable, patient, and kind . I had a colon cancer, and I was very nervous , but I felt comfortable discussing my concerns, and they explained everything clearly. They responded very quick especially Sara ! She is amazing ! I contacted Dr. Kazanjian for a second opinion. His careful and methodical approach convinced me that he was the right surgeon for me. He explained the technical reasons for the procedure very well, and I was well informed before and after the surgery. He spends time with his patients and doesn't rush through consultations. His chief resident and other residents are also very competent and pleasant. His nurse Sarah always responded very quickly to my voicemails and emails, and answered all my questions about the prep very patiently. His assistant Britney was also very responsive to my questions and with appointments.

Dr. Kazanjian is an amazing surgeon and I'm very thankful I was under his care. He performed a sigmoid colectomy which went very smooth and the result is fantastic. I am so grateful to him and his entire team at UCLA medical. Everyone was just so friendly and professional.

Dr Kazanjian and his colorectal surgery team at UCLA Reagan Hospital did an excellent job in resection surgery to remove a large growth and a thickened small bowel wall that appeared in my distal colon in 2 consecutive PET/CT scans, following 18 months of battling with stage IV metastatic lung cancer. The diagnostic team led by Dr Stephen Kim was also expedient and effective in locating the mass. Happily the post-op biopsy determined that the large mass was benign. I was home in recovery only 2 days after the resection surgery. I could not be more satisfied with my medical care at UCLA Health.

Dr. Kazanjian came highly recommended, and I’m so happy I had him perform my surgery. He is a fabulous surgeon.

Worst Doctor EVER. Absolutly no bedside manner. He is actually perfectly rude and doesn't care one little bit about it. He declared me dine without so much as an examination. He does surgery on me and doesn't come before or after. Why check? He doesn't care.

My brother Just had recently a colon surgery with dr. Kazanjian, the result of surgery and his recovery is very good, my brother is very happy to choose him as his surgeon . We are thankful to him and his staff.

Dr. Kazanjian made my husband and I feel we were in great hands from the moment we saw him. I was terrified and Dr. Kazanjian and his staff were so kind and made every effort to lessen my anxiety. I was extremely well cared for before and after surgery. Dr. Kazanjian's expertise ensured my surgery went off without a hitch. I week later, he called as soon as he received the pathology results. I was lucky and they were able to remove the entire tumor and found very clear margins. It was not an experience i would want to repeat, but if I had to, I would definitely want Dr. Kazanjian at my side.
