Dr. Keyna Ann Martinez, MD

Dr. Martinez was my mothers doctor, as well as a couple of other family members who I hope will find someone else. If I could assign 0 stars I would. Keyna is dismissive, and careless. My mother had been having sinus headaches for months, Keyna said it was "the flu", she had bloodwork done, her office said everything was fine, then called to schedule an appointment for discussing her diabetes. Imagine finding out that way, right after you were told everything was fine? A few days after her blood work, my mother passed away completely unexpectedly. I cannot blame Dr. Martinez for this, but after all the stories I've heard about Keyna not taking patients concerns seriously, I can't help but think a better doctor who really cared for their patients might have caught something. They even sent a bill after she died! Moral of the story is, we have to be our own advocates when it comes to our health, if you don't think your doctor takes you seriously, find a new one. I wish my mother had.

Dr Martinez is very compassionate, listens and very thorough. She is also great with my young kids. The office staff is great too! Just wish I could talk to the actual.office instead of a call center when I call in with a question or to make an appt.

Very good doctor! Very nice and her diagnosis' are always right on point.

First let me say I have a terrible fear of doctors. I saw her for a wellness checkup having moved to this area from Atlanta. I absolutely loved her. She was very thorough, took her time & never once gave me fhe impression she was in a hurry. In addition, i needed prescriptions, which after we discussed them, she had no problem re-prescribing. I would readily recommend her to anyone.
