While I was reading reviews I see guy name Tejash Bhatt has written 5 star ?? reviews for keyur Thakar Bhatt is a friend and without treatment wrote misleading reviews. This is how Gujarati community help each other word of mouth publicity ; America belong to Talented doctors until these Indian doctors came from India, while NJ -NY area is full of these charlatans.

I am here as Northwell health is not publishing my real review ; hospital is selectively publishing only good reviews; After several years of treatment from Dr Thakar I can warn he is some sort of "Narcissist"- superficial expression of emotion callousness, lack of empathy, grandiose and manipulative;no matter how good his bedside manner or how clean clinic may be, doesn’t have the knowledge to treat this disease.He recommended intensive chemotherapy; I finally got second opinion from leading myeloma doctor ; If I had continued being treated at Northwell health care system, I would not be alive here today; My bone marrow biopsy showed 16% plasma cells (that's abnormal) and inconsistent with a diagnosis of smoldering or active myeloma; Most physicians would treat patients for approximately 3 months and then move on to autologous transplant;But here I felt violated.

Serious Concerns over Malpractice of with more than dozen patients getting chemotherapy at any given time and apparently NOT in compliance with best practices for infusion; Exploiting patients as commodities. He over-treated, under-treated and tells outright lies to patients about whether they had cancer so that he could maximize his own profits.

Don't go by the reviews on Northwell Health northwell.edu those reviews are manipulated by the clinic......real reviews are on WebMD and Vitals ...... Dr Keyur Thakar is known for prescribing and administering unnecessary aggressive chemotherapy, cancer treatments and infusion therapies not in compliance with best practices ....but eventually benefits the hospital and institute.

Be very Careful of this doctor , I came to know Keyur B Thakar has a Criminal record , Keyur B Thakar was involved in organ trafficking , it is no surprise that he owns a house worth $1,300,000. which he managed to purchase in Cash !

I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma 1 year ago after onset of acute pain and the inability to walk Dr Thakar was able to diagnose me within several days of testing and immediately began treatment. Today my cancer is in remission and I have been able to return to my active life Dr Thakar has included me in my plan of treatment from the onset of care. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns, fears, and physical complaints. He makes me feel as if I am the only patient in his care. He remembers to treat me as a person with the disease rather than only treating the cancer. I am forever grateful for his care.

Dr. Thakar has been my oncologist for over a year. From the moment I step into his waiting room where I am greeted by my name. His receptionist, support personal and medical assistants are always pleasant and courteous. My wait times are always short and my consultations are not rushed. We discuss my previous lab results and how I think my treatment therapy is working. I feel comfortable that I am getting the utmost care and I highly recommend Dr. Thakar.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thakar for ten months and have only good things to say about him. He has taken care of me through two bouts of radiation and my ongoing treatment with chemo. He is patient with my many questions and shared the information that blood tests, etc. showed. I respect him and admire him as a physician who has a heart and good mind.

Keyur Thakar now works at Northwell Health-Phelps Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY is not publishing any negative reviews for this doctors , don't go by manipulated reviews of Northwell Health website, they are not true.
