Horrible doctor! Total rude ignorant selfish punk!

He is the epitome of a white-collar criminal! This guy prescribed unnecessary and dangerously high in mg/potency medication to my brother; Medication that seriously affected and ruined my brother’s mood! My brother was recovering from having a stroke and this criminal prescribed powerful (mg/dose) medication for depression Medication that should NOT ever have been prescribed to him!!! First off the audacity of this criminal to “Play God,” and determine what my brother was feeling, is beyond asinine! Yes, ALL patients experience some form of psychological effects after any surgery - minor or invasive! It’s human nature!!! That said, there are other options - and other less destructive medications that can help someone with TEMPORARY depression!!! But this criminal, Keyvan Pourmehr, is most definitely the criminal doctor that financially gains from pushing atrocious, horrific medication like what he did to my brother, o ALL FOR FINANCIAL GAIN!!! This criminal needs to have his medical… license removed and be put in jail!!!

I went to see Dr. Pourmehr about a wheezing in my chest. He said that he could not hear it with his stethoscope and did not order a scan. The wheezing continued. 9 month later I caught pneumonia and a scan then showed a 5cm tumor in my right lung. This was Non small cell lung cancer and was surgically removed. The cancer has returned and I am now on continuing immunotherapy and chemotherapy. If Dr. Pourmehr had ordered a scan the cancer would have been found much earlier and my survival chances greatly improved. Do not go to this doctor.

This doctor is directly and indirectly responsible for my father's death this week. He is cold, does not listen, and truly does not care about patients. He is a disgrace to the medical field.

I tried him for 1 year because my MD retired. He is not interested in helping you at all. I went in with fever and pain and he sent me home 3 times before I ended up in the ER with appendicitis. I also saw him about a growth on my head that was extremely painful and he refused to remove saying the only reason I wanted to remove it was for vanity. These are just to visits. He has poor bedside manner he is rude and does only the bare minimal to get you out of his office.

I accompanied my 81 year old mother to her initial appointment with Dr. Pourmehr and was outraged by his condescending, pushy tone and dismissive demeanor towards my mother and me. He repeatedly interrupted my mother, he spoke AT her not WITH her, he showed no interest in what I had to say as my mother's advocate and any the occassional gesture of warmth and empathy came off as contrived and disingenuous. Dr. Pourmehr does not practice collaborative patient care.

One of the worst Dr. visits I have ever experienced. This guy changes the subject of why you came to see him to your being overweight. His attitude has an air of inexperience....

This doctor cares more about the HMO than anything else. Instead of being your advocate, he constantly puts obstacles into your way in getting tests done, etc. Unless you're dying, he will cite line and verse from the HMO handbook on why the test that you're requesting should not be done. He's also a bit on the arrogant side and doesn't take the necessary time to get to know his patients. Also, absolutely no follow-up. Sorry, that's the truth.
