Very satisfied with this OB/GYN. I really did and do appreciate the services rendered by this facility Dr. Osman and all associates do a wonderful job. The professionalism is just right.

Dr. Osman was so nice and very thorough with care and so informative. I'm so happy with her. I would recommend Dr Osman and her office.

f I could give a zero or negative 5, I would! A horrible experience. Please go to another doctor!!! I scheduled an appointment with the Physician and as a bait and switch at my appointment I was seen by a NP. She has no idea what she is doing. Practices and orders things without any supervision. This is a Patient mill, only interested in over testing and not giving any test results back. Way overbooked! You will wait over an hour to be seen for your scheduled appointment.

Never on time, they can take up to 1 hour and a half more to attend people and it is always like that. No respect for anybody's time, it is not ever worth it to get there before the apointment.

I had an appointment with this office and I received 6 confirmation emails before my visit, asking if I was coming in. I replied ‘Yes’ to each of them, to then receive a phone call the night before asking if I would like to change my appt to the morning because time slots opened up. When I said I would like to keep my current time slot, the rep on the phone tells me that I will need to then come in an hour earlier (because I was a new patient, even though it states on their website and portal that new patients need to come in 20 minutes prior). The day of my appointment, I received another confirmation, and saw they changed my appt to 30 minutes earlier without my consent. When I got to the office, no one was there and a rep for the office building told me they “went home early”. I took time off from work to make this appointment and I can not believe the level of unprofessionalism that I had to deal with through this experience.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have been referred to this doctor. I cannot recommend her highly enough AND her whole team at Broward Health Medical Center. I had major surgery with her and recovered at Broward under exemplary care and professionalism. The right doctor/surgeon can change your life for the better. Thank you Dr Osman! And many thanks to Rachel, Sonia, Patrina and Philip at BHMC.

Dr. Osman is one of the good GYN's lefted practicing in South Flordia. She is very knowledgable, and caring. However depending on the day and time you schedule an appointment wait time may be a little longer. However I prefer to wait and get good care instead of being rushed out the office.

Dr. Osman is the best OB I've ever been to in a long time. She is very caring, and takes a long time with me. I have to drive far to get there, but it is worth it. Her office staff is very friendly too, especially Beverley. Sometimes you have to wait awhile, but I'd rater that, and have her spend quality time once she sees me. They have a TV in the waiting room with regular channels or a quiet reading area. Have a great new year, Dr. Osman!!!

I heard great things about Dr. Orman and called to make an appointment. The receptionist was less than receptive. I explained I would be a new patient and needed to schedule an appointment, she then explained it would be about three months to get it. I said not problem, and asked to book my appointment. I guess she had not expected that, put me on perma-hold and did not come back. the phone system routed me to the voicemail system, then disconnected me. what a shame. I was looking forward to a good Dr. like Dr. Orman, but this first impression of her office staff's unprofessionalism was very disappointing. I won't try again as I expect this won't be the first time I'll wait around on a lengthy hold only to get disconnected. Not recommended.
