I saw him for Depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I just started a new medication prior to meeting him, which has been helping. He decided I needed 2 more medications added to my current, without even asking me how/if my current medication was working. What is the scientific method of adding more variables without having a base-line control? He asked if I ever took medications in the past. I told him I took Strattera in high school, and had to stop because it made me vomit every time I took it. After I told him that, he recommended I take… Strattera. He did not believe me when I said it made me puke. And not a pleasant puke either. It was a painful, cramping, sweating, puke, EVERY time I took it. I had to tell him no like 10 times. After invalidating my experience, he said, “I don't want to invalidate your experience” and finally agreed to try Zoloft. I dont want to have this self-advocation battle with my psychiatrist every month. I want to feel like were on the same team. I want to feel… like Im heard, understood, and trusted. I work in the medical field. Im not a layman. I will be requesting a new doctor.

I met with Dr. Faisal virtually during the pandemic for my anxiety and depression issues. He’s been nothing short of excellent I am very appreciative of a service! He’s very matter-of-fact and straight to the point medically, but he takes care of the empathetic and caring while talking to you through your problems. Very glad I had him as my doctor!

No empathy, no manners. He should not be near patients! He makes them feel even worse. It’s ashamed!
