Dr was so kind to me I was literally crazy when he initially treated me in the hospital and I feel awful about that

Can I give a higher score? This was my first visit to a cardiologist and I was scared. Thought something was wrong. Dr Baschour put me at ease immediately and took time to answer my questions and explain everything. He was very supportive, but also gave me some great honest feedback. Really appreciate him and his team.

The doctor was excellent - explained everything clearly, was patient and listened, I didn't feel rushed at all, and he gave me excellent and clear options to choose from. I was very impressed.

Dismissive, invalidated diagnosis I already had, didn't ask questions and made me feel dumb when I asked questions. He acted irritated I was even there, he didn't do anything about the scary important symptoms of stabbing heart pain, chest pain, shortness of breath, and shoulder pain. Doctors like him are the reason it's been taking 5+ years to get all my health issues managed. Oh I forgot the only thing he did was order an echo, which seemed more like a cover his bum test than a test to actually help me and find out what's wrong. I also told him those tests on me never show anything abnormal I need to have a monitor placed. I wouldn't recommend him to somebody I hated let alone someone I cared about. Some people seem to think he's great, but do you want to risk him not liking you and dealing with being dismissed? That's what I dealt with and now I have to find yet another doctor that's going to take
