Dr. Khaled Mohamed El Said, MD

My mother has stage 4 head cancer, dr Khaled rescheduled her 3 times over 2 months. On the day before our visit he changed her in person visit to a virtual visit. He showed up at 2:07 for an appointment that was scheduled at 12:45pm, causing her to miss critical speech and physical therapy. In the call he kept saying “does she have ((insert medication, condition, etc).” I asked him to address her as “you” instead of speaking to her indirectly. He said I was being rude, and he ended the consul. All positive reviews are for fake accounts made by his friends and family. Do not go to Premium Care Clinic

Extremely rude staff who don't care how much pain their patients are experiencing. Khaled doesn't even want to see his patients and treats them very poorly during the appointments. He denies referrals, prescriptions, and anything helpful that may help the patient's symptoms. He doesn't document his denials in the patient chart either.

Dr. Khaled definitely only deserve one star. That even too much. Haft a star! Staff has too much lies, never answer the phone, if the stuff the answer not professional at all. Doctor lies prescription been sent to the pharmacy but nothing. Ask referral keep lying between staff and doctor ...very frustrating to deal with that office and doctor. (My clients experience)

Calls never answered ,hung up on calls , no time prepared ,never do paperwork on time ,tell lies , the dr says he wrote medication when we go to the counter there’s nothing ,always go on answer machine ,when we go there the girls are just sitting there talking we thought may be busy but no don’t answer the calls finally I got very very upset and changed my doctor I was very sick came out of ventilator and come and come for check up took appointment and wait hours and go back home upset.

Was dismissive and blase' about my most worrying symptoms. I had to twist his arm to get tests ordered. He quite insultingly argued with me that one of my serious digestive issues didn't exist and was all in my head. Very interested in a benign cough though. Good if you have the flu I guess but if you have a real issue just cut the middle man and look up a specialist on your own.
