Dr. Khaled Fouad Elraie, MD

Dr. Elraie is very thorough! He asks questions and asked if I had questions. He is involved, and he is very good!

Dr. Elraie was great with me and my wife; very friendly, answered all of my questions without hesitation. He didn't "act" like I was "taking up his valuable time" (as I have experienced before). A very nice man and terrific doctor!

I was very sick and not sure what was wrong. I never saw dr. Elraie in the office. I saw his PA every time. Dr. Elraie did a procedure on me and spent about 1 minute after the surgery to talk with me. They never ordered my meds as promised and didn’t return my calls. I complained to Connors and nothing. In the meantime I got sicker and sicker. The office manager was supposed to call me and of course never did. I would not recommend this doctor or PA to anyone. When you pay the big bucks you should get a specialist doctor not. PA

I had an appointment with Dr. Elraie and it was satisfactory. He is not a very good listener but knew his profession. I was scheduled for Gerd procedure at the hospital. About 4 days before the surgery, I called the office to inquire if we should postpone the procedure. The receptionist was very nice and promised that the nurse would call me an advise - no call. I called again the next day and the next day, same story. I could tell the receptionist was embarrassed. On the day of the procedure, I waited to see if they would miss me. I still have heard a word. If their customer service is that bad, I am not going back.

This doctor was supposed be taking care of my son with Crohn's disease. He did not. He put him on a biologic and then ignored him. He never listened, rushed through the appointment and never, ever once touched him to check vitals. Ignored his pain and ignored his concerns. Poor listener. I would never recommend this doctor.

I had a colonoscopy in his "Meat Factory" at Seacoast Hospital. I was scheduled for noon, then moved up to !!:00 A.M. I arrived at 10:45 and was taken in before 11. I was prepared for the surgery. I am a diabetic, and had not eaten for 2 days. I was not taken i until 1:40 P.M. I was told they had scheduled many colonoscopies for that day. The nursing staff was wonderful and considerate. Obviously Dr. Elraie doesn't care at all about his patient's time, scheduling more procedures than he can handle in a day.

my dr was a great dr he explaned everything to where i could understand has a great bedside manner i would recommend him 2 all my friends and family
