Dr. Khaled Othman Hadeli, MD

Dr. Hadeli and his staff offer poor care and advice. His staff also doesn't know how to take vitals correctly and make you feel like you have high blood pressure when you never have. They also like sending out termination of Doctor to patient letters saying you are non-compliant, which is garbage especially since I specifically told him and his dumb office manager that I tried the products they wanted me to try and didn't work or help and no one helps you understand how to use it. They just sit there and say you aren't being compliant and term you as a patient.

After several unreturned calls, a bronchoscopy and waiting a total of 6 weeks to find out I had a rare bacterial infection in my lungs, I still have a chronic cough. I first saw Dr Hadeli early Dec 2018. Finally got medication for my pneumonia the last of Jan 2019. I had trouble scheduling the test needed due to no returned calls for 3 weeks - I finally went to the office to schedule and I don't drive so had to pay for my transportation there. After testing was done, still no returned calls. I had to wait 3 weeks, until my next scheduled appointment, to find out I had a rare bacterial pneumonia. One round of antibiotics and I didn't improve much but was told he would not prescribe anymore. I had a liver transplant in 2009 and take an immunosuppressant to stop rejection. So, I'm susceptible to illness and infections and have a hard time overcoming them. Dr. Hadeli knew this. He also knew I have COPD, Asthma and Bronchiectasis but took me off my inhalers and medication. Every other… doctor I've been to has called me when test results were received, called in medication and had me follow up later. Not this doctor. I found a different doctor.

Diagnosed and treated my lung cancer in time. Office is prompt and helpful
