Dr. Khaled Daoud Hamdallah

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Dr Hamdallah was very rude and more concerned about belittling his staff than treating us as a patient. I felt very bad for his assistant as he continued to yell, belittle and throwing mouth mirror at her. All because he thought she should have taken our existing wires out before the exray. The poor girl actually started to cry and he then told her if your incompetent just get out of the room. I was in disbelief that he could treat someone so poorly. I feel so sorry for these girls that have to work for him.

Dr. Hamdallah is super nice and very knowledgeable. He treats my 3 kids and I would recommend him to anyone.

Horrible manners. Using his staff to avoid financial issues. Will not speak to patient at all regarding money issues. I've never experienced this with any physician. He lacks compassion and is overall extremely rude. While I appreciate Greenberg Dental services. I would personally find another location that doesn't use him as the orthodontist. He's the worst and won't last long there.

I had a cracked molar was advised to have a root canal so the doctor prepped it for their in house specialist to do it. When I got home and the novacaine wore off I was in heaps of pain. He did not respond to my misery and kept me waiting in agony for over 3 weeks, finally called another dentist and had the root canal done the next day. Never went back, but had to deal with their alcoholic accountant who had screwed up the insurance forms.
