Dr. Khaled Mahmoud Hassan, MD

I love this doctor. I had Moh's Surgery on both sides of my face. Dr Hassan explained every detail as he went along. Imagine my surprise when he called me at home to check on me the evening of my first surgery! The staff is caring and kind. Doctor's like this are hard to find, I feel very fortunate.

I was a nervous wreck going in for Moh's surgery, but Dr. Hasan quickly calmed me down. He explained what he was doing with every step and is probably the kindest physician I have ever met. Office staff is very friendly and polite. I was thinking of changing insurance carriers, but changed my mind because of this deeply caring man. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Hasan.

Misdiagnosed twice. Doesn't follow up on treatment plan. Doesn't listen.

Scheduling an appointment with this doctor is quite challenging. Every time, and I repeat every time I called in to schedule an appointment I was told to call back at a specific hour when the scheduler was available. Isn't there anybody else in the office who can take appointment? This is completely unacceptable. On my first and last visit to his office (which took 3 calls no less) I wanted to schedule a follow-up appointment and the scheduler was a no show - of course - and I was told to call at a certain time when she would return. Well I am busy too, so a few days later I managed to call the office to schedule my follow-up; and lo and behold I was told to call at another time ... again!!!!. That was it! I asked to talk to the office manager and was connected to her voice mail. She never bothered to call me back. Sorry Dr. Hassan. You may have been a good doctor but the staff in the office is not up to par. I am calling back my regular doctor to get another referral. I just don't… have time to play hide and seek with a scheduler who seems to always be unavailable no matter what time of day I call.
