Dr. Khaled Hassan, MD

Dr. Hassan truly cares about the outcome of his patients. He took his time with me, and truly listened to my every needs, and then set me up with a care plan that worked for me. I will be seeing Doctor Hassan much more for my health needs going forward.

the guy from the office told me that $400 I would get my medicine so I can go to work the next day and 152 ply for a medical marijuana card when I go up there he tells me that only thing I could see him for as a medical marijuana card so I lose a $80, 000 job due to his deceptive practices he should be in prison

He is still a crook.lock him up and throw away the keys.

I LOVE Dr Hassan and ALL of his regular staff. He has literally saved my life

In the beginning Dr. Hassan was caring but as i became more concerned with my health issues and wanting to be better or atleast get a reasonable diagnosis. It became hard to deal with him. To accept diagnosis 100% without question is wrong. Being told to accept it and deal with it was rude. I was refered to a specialist for one issue, he helped. but on my own i action for myself and i found out that what was told to me to accept was wrong. It was something overlooked and if i just accepted it, it could have been deadly in the future. up til then i didnt need a primary to get to Drs i needed to see until one Dr needed referal from Primary. I called they said to me, " we cant help you anymore, we do not want your business." No warning, nothing. i told them what i needed they basically said tough. I asked for copies of my files they said no. Come to find out searching for a new primary they cannot do that. Refusing to help is called " patient abandonment" and by law they cannot refuse me… my records or charge me. Yes i was a little difficult but i wasnt going to accept, " you just have to live with it." I have slowly gotten better but not with his help. I forgot to mention... It take forever for someone to call you back, get test results, and you have to wait forever for anything. Some of the staff can be quite rude too.

the office staff at Dr. Hassan's office is very caring and shows sincere compassion. The new office staff within the last year has been a change but a good change that has been overdue. Donna and Kim treat the patients as if they were a personal family member and are truely sincere. When I have trouble getting through to the office Barb, Donna and Kim go above and beyond to help! Thanks Girls for Everything!

Dr. Hassan is an excellent doctor. But if he keep hiring new office staff like he has been. He is going to lose all of his patients. They constantly reschedule you, not curteous, do not take time to listen. It's horrible.
