Dr. Khaled Mahmoud Ziada, MD

We had a very short wait; the staff were all great- friendly and helpful; Dr. Ziada was wonderful and got right to the problem quickly.

Dr. Ziada seemed very brusque, hurried. I was, however, very pleased with the attitude of his Physician Assistant who was very nice, personable and friendly. Should I require further cardiac care, I may not seek it from Dr. Ziada based on my initial impression.

I would recommend Dr Ziada to ANYONE who needed a cardiologist. His bedside manner is outstanding. He explains things in a way you can understand and makes sure that you understand what is going on and the goal plan before you leave. He is kind and cares not only about the patient but the family too, which is rare these days. At one office visit (my dad is the patient) he told my mom that... it was his job to worry now, and to let him worry and she can take a break, he would let her know when she needed to worry. After a rough road with another doctors office that was exactly what she needed. He is an extremely busy doctor so sometimes the wait is long BUT WELL WORTH IT! The only thing that I would change and it is more to do with his staff then him, sometimes they aren't as friendly as they could be, (Not all just one lady who by some luck I keep getting 25% of the time I have to call for something, questions, medicine refills etc) and she basically treats me like I am stupid when I… ask a question and then cuts me off when I try to explain the questions. Normally anymore if I get her I just say never mind and call back and ask for another nurse but that isn't Dr Z fault.
