I am so happy to have found Dr Ahmed. Not only is he a very personable man, and caring, he is an excellent doctor with very competent staff. I am a Workers Comp patient. Don't ever get hurt to have to use it in Ca. Its always deny, deny, deny with any recommended medical treatment. But Dr Ahmed and his staff have done so well in getting treatment. I am under the worst WC insurance zurich, and yet really a struggle but Dr Ahmed has been doing great to get some care. Key to WC, do NOT give in. Demand. And if need, find a good WC lawyer. Though lawyers are really restricted, search on line for them and search under 'complaint, lawyers name". I am still under WC, and still going at it. But I have the utmost confidence in him. I thank my lawyer for switching me to him. Sadly, many doctors are pressured by WC companies to release you, no matter what.

read news articles containing his name as accused for implanting fake spinal hardware in patient and taking kickbacks for his surgeries. I am worried about the implants he put in my spine. I no longer see this doctor.

Doctor Ahmed is a very good doctor the wait is kind of long.

His office was always busy but I'd gladly wait again. He operated on my mom & did a hip replacement on my son when he was young. Now I'm 66 & hoping to find him in my area, if I have to I will drive to his office in Pico.

From the moment I stepped foot into Dr Ahmed's office I felt the care, joy and love of this special man. He told me exactly what happened to me in regards to my failed back surgeries and disability. After seeing many spine specialist and getting no answers, Dr. Ahmed gave me his professional opinon the minute he saw me after studying my case. He did not beat around the bush and was not afraid of stepping on my operating surgeon's toes, though he has such high ethics he would never criticize others. He just stuck to the facts of what happened to me. He has a tremendous knowledge of the spine and joints. I am an RN and can honestly say he is one of the best surgeons and people I have met. I was a patient for 4 months. diagnosed with acromian impingment type III. Was called in to pick up paperwork to fill out at home, was called saying i had an appt. when dr finally saw me said i didn't have one, Wendy, who is in charge of getting paperwork out to w/c provider slacked on this causing my w/c to dicontinue them as a MPN. Now waiting to get in with another dr while I await in pain.
