Dr. Khalid Rashid Butt, MD

Dr. Butt has been professional and personable. Sharon at the front desk should never work with the public. I ignore her other than anything pertaining to my appointment. The nurses who assist Dr. Butt have no personality.

More concerned about getting paid and doctor never returned any of my calls or addressed my serious concerns.

Several things convinced me that this office is more concerned about non medical issues. Payments, etc. I never felt comfortable going to this doctor. Been to many doctors all over the country and this physicians office is at the very bottom of that list in terms of personalized care of the patient. The nurse and the staff are not very personable and welcoming. Got the feeling this practice is just working until they can retire. Never felt my concerns were taken seriously nor that I was cared about. They have a way of doing business to assure the patient does not have medicines unless they are sure you continue with there office. Unlike most docs this office cost me too much money by only prescribing a months medication rather than 3 months as most doctors allow. None of my medications are restricted nor addictive. I wound up paying 3 times my usual charge for medications. As a disabled person I cannot afford this extra expense. Also, I have attempted to contact the doctor on… several occasions and never received a return call. That’s just unacceptable. His practice has no room for patients concerns. That’s become extremely evident to me over the last year. Sad, really. I am very sick with the Lyme and never received support or concern regarding the medical and general issues as it pertains to Lyme Disease. I would not recommend this doctor. Honestly, I only became a patient out of convenience. They were close to my residence.

Sharon, the receptionist, is the worst person to have working with people.

Dr. Butt is a very friendly and compassionate physician. He listens and gives advice on how to correct an ailment, and takes his time with my husband and I when we go for our check-ups. He has a sense of humor, and makes us feel at ease. We're so happy we have him as our doctor.
