Dr. Hasan really listens to what you have to say. He truly cares about his other patients and I. I'm so glad he is my doctor!

I went to Pediatric/Adult Endocrine of Gilbert. I had seen a female Dr. who had me do blood work for my thyroid. However, in her notes She wrote down for slow metabolism, which then my insurance didn't cover because it wasn't for the thyroid. I called the office because the Lab company said they needed a letter stating why the lab was being done. When I called, I got the receptionist, and She told me the Dr. would call me back. 10 minutes later a male Dr. who later I found out was Dr. Khalid Hasan blew me off, and was yelling at me to go get a job and pay for it myself and hung up on me. After rating them on FB, his receptionist then called me back hours later ticked that I reviewed them poorly and posted it to Facebook and yelled at me for 15 minutes which I recorded. Him to yell at a patient He never seen to go get a job, then have his receptionist to yell also, is a very unprofessional thing to do. I reported this incident to the Medical board and HIPAA after they put my… information on their facebook page.

This office was a mess, from the 3 receptionists that couldn't check us in because they were on the phone, to both doctors, Dr. Hasan and Dr. Verso, who were an hour late and thoroughly unprepared for our visit. Our 10 year old was diagnosed with cancer and our surgeon recommended Dr Verso as the pediatric endo to see after surgery. Dr. Verso walked in and because she could not log into the computer, promptly brought in Dr. Hasan and told him to take care of us. Our surgeon's staff had called Dr. Verso, gave her complete overview of our case and submitted a full packet of our records. Dr Hasan was reading while reading and based on his questions, clearly was not actually processing what he was reading. We won't be back.

Dr hasan was very un professional over the phone. I just asked to have information corrected so insurance would cover. He said go get a job and pay for it yourself and hung up. The rest of the staff is very nice

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. First of all, they don't draw blood within the office so be prepared to go elsewhere. Next, Dr. Hasan will say he will call with your results but really that means you will need to leave messages and wait 3 weeks to finally get them. Then, when you do hear your vague results given by the doctor he will seem put out when you ask further questions. I guess I also forgot to mention that he will be late to your appointment even when it's an early one and then will take your time "reading" your chart in the room with you while asking you questions that could be answered if he was actually reading your chart. After reading this review I hope you decide to go elsewhere as this is not the experience anyone should have when they meet with a healthcare provider.

Didn't think my thyroid or other hormone issues were a big deal and told me only to worry about them when they started to cause bigger issues and not worry about then right now. That is just a bad way to see things if you are a doctor, and he seemed very lackadaisical. Why not figure them out now when I'm under my parents insurance that is really great insurance. Had to switch to another doctor who has been actively working with me. Also, don't expect a professional office staff. They didn't fax paperwork to other doctors offices in a timely manner which is important to do, or call back in a timely manner.

Maybe the most competent endo I've ever seen. Successful but humble, to-the-point but courteous, knowledgeable but "open", really knows his stuff, but listens to my stuff.

Dr. Hasan is a very nice gentleman but is not open with additional information. I am someone who likes to know why a particular medicine is better than another or why surgery is better than a particular medicine. With Dr. Hasan, I had to ask a lot of questions to get this information and the answers were fairly superficial. also, the wait time is not ideal, even when your appointment is first thing in the morning.

Setting up an appointment with the front desk girls was super easy! Stephanie and Amanda also were very kind when I came in for my appointment. Dr. Hasan spent time with me to go over my thyroid disorder and helped me figured out what I need to do. Stephanie also helped me with my pharmacy prior authorization, and Amanda continued to check up to see how I was doing. The entire office is fantastic! I suggest anyone should go to this office!

I would like you to know how impressed I am with your office staff. I called in with an issue regarding a prescription that a pharmacy stated they did not receive. Without hesitation Amanda checked the file confirmed that the request was sent , and called the pharmacy. Promptly returned my call and let me know it has been taken care of. That to me is outstanding! I appreciate the courteous manner in which I am treated on the phone and in person. Thank you for hiring such fantastic staff! DR Hasan has looked at my daughter as a whole not just as a set of blood sugars .. and she is improving every 3mo
