Dr. Khawla Mohd Abusamra, MD

Very pleasant and thorough. She takes the time to listen to everything you have to say and go through all the med options she's deciding on and involves you in the decision. All of the staff in her dept are great. I have no problem driving 30 mins to see Dr. Abusamra because she's very personable.

I like her very much. She gives you her complete attention. She listens very intently.

Very compassionate physician. She does unique dementia testing on specific days of the month. Quite knowlegeable in her field. Good eye contact when speaking to you. She works hard to understand the home environment of the patients.

After so many negative experiences with other neurologists, Dr. Abusamra was like a breath of fresh air. She LISTENED!. She examined. She read my past records. She explained options thoroughly. She explained things past providers never took the time to. She is kind and caring. If there were more than 5 stars, I'd give her her more.

Dr. Abusamra was awesome. She listened, asked questions, and explained what she thought was going on. After a year and a half of being taken through a wrong direction with other doctors...I'm very thankful for some real answers, and thankful that she didn't rush me in and out. She will be doing a nerve conduction test in a couple weeks for confirmation of what is going on. I highly recommend Dr. Abusamra.

Dr. Abusamra is wonderful. She is thorough, and doesn't make you feel like a piece of meat on a conveyor belt. I love that she took her time with me and listened to me, and showed she cared about what I am feeling. It was my first visit. I pray it continues.
