Dr. Khia Glover

Khia Glover is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with children and many different types of families since she began working in her teens. The majority of her clients struggle with depression, anxiety, communication, relational issues, life transitions, and stress. Many of these individuals seek to find someone that they can relate to, who understands their issues and can meet them where they are without judgment. Khia enjoys helping her clients do what she calls, "put the puzzle pieces together." Her intuitive skill in helping her clients identify their struggles when they don't seem to have the words and are not sure why they experience certain barriers has been recognized by supervisors, co-workers, and clients. Khia's clients say they relate to her well and like that she helps them feel comfortable and open. The couples that she works with often are surprised by her ability to relate to both sides and help communicate the needs of both individuals. Therapy can be a …daunting thing. The idea of talking to a stranger about all of your struggles can be very scary but it can also be very beneficial and you are deserving of the work that you will do and the great things that will come because of this step that you are making.
