I thoroughly enjoyed his attentiveness & willingness to explain what was going on with my body from start to finish. He was open to listen to my needs, concerns, & most importantly my human emotions concerning an unexpected diagnosis. I walked out of the facility with peace knowing I had a provider who cares not only about his profession, but the people who make the profession.

Good doctor. He got rid of my son's ear infection last year. He took time to explain to me and my wife. Very caring. Will come back if we have ear nose throat problem

Very pleasant doctor with good skills. He made my grandson feel at ease with the exam. Quite intelligent and very thorough. Excellent manner and professionalism. My grandson had throat surgery by Dr Tran, and his snoring disappear! I want to bring my husband to him soon

I needed an appointment last minute and called his office and I was able to get worked into his schedule. Because I was in a hurry, I forgot my insurance info, the lady at the front desk called my primary doctor and was able to get a copy faxed for me. I thought that was very helpful of her. The doctor was awesome! Ill definitely bring my family and refer my friends if needed.

The first call is where you get the impression of this place. The lady who answers the phone and schedule the appointments has no manners, not courteous. Need customer service improvement. I will never visit this place.
