Dr. Khoi Dang Tran

Had an appt to have teeth pulled, to prepare for upper denture. Apparently Dr Tran contracts with Western Dental on Florin and Freeport blvd once a month to pull their clients teeth. It’s run like an assembly line with Dr Tran going from station to station treating patients. He did not introduce himself and explain what he was going to do. Just came in my station standing to right behind me where i could barely see him and said “you want tooth pulled in a hurried mad voice. I’m not sure if he washed his hands or changed gloves when going from one station to another. I have never experienced this before ever. This type of behavior and way of treating patients can lead to mistakes. He seem to get upset because i had questions and told the dental assistant “she can ask you the question” Needless to say i left. If i have to pay on my own i would never allow such treatment thrust upon me. I know Western Dental treats many who have Medical or limited insurance or funds, no excuse for that… type of service and to have one only one dentist pulling that many clients teeth on one day of the month like an assembly line.
