Iâ??m 32 year old male involved in a car accident; as a result, hurt my lower back and pain reach to my left leg. I have decided to do Lumbar Endoscopic Discectomy done to my lower back. I was worried about doing surgery, but Dr. Sial reassured me about the surgical procedure and how is minimally invasive which got my attention and decided to go for it. My lawyer worked hard to find me the best Doctor and I got one. Iâ??m pleased with the results and future patients will agree with me too. Dr. Sial is very knowledgeable, experienced and he is few Doctors that is current with todayâ??s technology. I would like to thank Dr. Sial and American Spine team for outstanding results and getting back on my feet again. Thank you and God Bless.

At one time this was a fantastic practice with a great caring doctor. Over the last year, his practice focus changed and he pushed out all of his patients that were on pain with little explaination or alternative. He had his staff deliver the message to pain med patients and as opposed to referring out patients to another doctor or other procedure he just did not more pain meds regardless. Without any explanation. Please check around the Temecula area for other pain mgmnt doctors. You will see so many former patients of Dr. Sial who all have horror stories of their experience. What his staff will say is those patients left because we would no longer prescribe pain meds. That is absolutely not true and do not believe it for a minute. Yes, he did cut pain meds, but he also did not offer an alternative for treating the pain and left pain sufferers to wallow in pain. Again, if it was just my opinion then their would not be so many negative reviews of Dr. Sial over the last year. … If you look past a year you will see nothing, but good reviews. At the time, that was the case. But again, in the last year things have drastically changed for the worst.

Dr. Sial is the most caring and helpful doctor I have ever gone to. I have had a severe scoliosis since I was a child, and have gone to many doctors for many years. He listens to what you say and does what he says he will do, never do I feel rushed talking to him, he gives you all the time you need. I have so much trust in him as a doctor, he surrounds himself in his offices with the same caring people as himself. He has helped me so much in the last few years, given me mobility and taken away so much pain. I am so thankful I found him.

Dr.Sial was great in the beginning but has completely changed since h he went to some pain management conference and no longer believes in giving pain pills. Also alot of his staff has left including PA James Lauerman who was so kind and really cared about you and your pain! I have left this practice and found a new wonderful pain management Dr.

He was fantastic at first. Unfortunately the focus of his practice as well as what Dr. Sial is willing to treat has gone drastically down. There has been a mass exodus of both patients and staff as a result. I left myself so that I could get proper treatment and go back to being productive.

Used to be a great pain management doctor & office, but it has definitely changed!!! I moved to the area from out of state about 3 years ago. I didn't have a great doctor before, they were just so so, so I was beyond thrilled when I found Dr. Sial! I have several types of pain conditions, and while he wasn't as experienced with some, he did his best to treat them. He did a great job identifying and treating my back pain, as that is his specialty. Up until a few months ago, the level of service and patient care at his office was excellent! That is why he has won so many awards. I was always able to get an appt within a week, and never had to wait on hold when I called. The only downside was getting to talk to a medical assistant or address medication issues over the phone just didn't happen., That wasn't a big problem though because they would see you in the office pretty much right away. I was always blown away at how amazing they treated their patients! From the office… to the PAs to all of the DRs there, they were all wonderful. Unfortunately, like I said a couple of months ago things changed. I think it was a combination of things, Dr. Sial expanded his practice and got a new office manager. Now you can no longer get an appt for several weeks, you're on hold FOREVER if you call in. If you are even 10 mins late for your appt they tell you that you have to reschedule. One time I drove an hour to go to one of their other offices, since that was the only appt available, I was five mins late and was told the DR was no longer available. That was the first time I wasn't on time or actually early for my appt! I could not believe it! The worst part though, is apparently Dr. Sial went to a conference a few months ago and has decided that all pain medication is harmful and is basically taking all of his patients off of them completely! I have multiple medical issues, several of which are not curable and not even really treatable. I have been told by multiple doctors, some of the best in the country that I have a tough case and would need to manage my pain for the rest of my life. I have tried every treatment type, phys therapy, etc there is, and only get minor relief. Dr. Sial flat out told me that he is taking me off of my meds, regardless if I am still in pain or not! Are you kidding me? He explained why he feels the meds are harmful, which I do get, but as I tried to tell him, without meds I cannot get out of bed or function - AT ALL. So whatever risks I am taking, what does it matter if I am able to at least live my life! And shouldn't I be able to make that decision, if I'm willing to take that risk or not, not my doctor! Really disappointing after everything I have gone through to find a good doctor, only to now have to start over with someone new! I really hope Dr. Sial will some day rethink his new practices and realize what he is doing to his patients. He may think he is doing the right thing, but he is taking away peoples quality of life, and the level of care just isn't there any more!

Over an hour wait for Dr.Sail didn't really listen/care about what I was saying.

Will not/ cannot address complex issues and forces a single approach even when inappropriate. So confident in his safety, he refuses even simple feedback and will say things such as "I don't believe you" even when confronted by multiple people. As a retired business professional and university adjunct faculty who has evaluated the performance of about a thousand people or more, this man frighteningly lies, denies, and criticizes even when confronted. Refuses all appropriate testing. Responds to other opinions than his own by calling the source a pill-seeker or combative.

I really thought after weeks of research and reviews this would be a great experience , It however was not. The reviews did not match up with my personal experience. I will update this is something changes and will go more in depth on my treatment. I am to this point unsatisfied with my treatment.
