Dr. Kahn saved my life, he corrected another surgeon's procedure. I had been begging for help for the last 2 years and just pushed off as if I was crazy. I was unable to eat or drink without excruciating pain and vomiting. Dr. Kahn immediately put my fears to rest and ordered testing. The problems were discovered and surgery was scheduled within a month. Dr. Kahn found multiple issues that he was able to fix while fixing the main problem. This recovery was nothing like the first, I have less pain and he called personally when I had questions. He didn't just push me off to the ER, he called at 730pm and brought me into see him the very next day. I truly believe God placed this amazing surgeon in my path with his incredible skills and compassion that saved me. My family will only see Dr Kahn if the situation arises. Dr. Kahn was great. When he first examined my hernia, he encouraged me to get it fixed sooner than later. He felt the operation was relatively simple at this stage and probably didn't need a mesh. Dr Kahn told me he thought it was always better if you didn't have to add a foreign body to a patient unless necessary. The result was a successful surgery for me with a cute little scar and a (value added!) tiny, tummy tuck. Hey, how cool is it to have a doctor not to add on for the cosmetics. :) Seriously, I believe him to be a very good surgeon and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Khan is a wonderful surgeon and is very caring towards his patients. He answers questions, gives his best recommendations and follows through with his patients.

Saw Dr. Khan for second opinion after seeing another surgeon in town. Best decision I made! The moment I met him I knew he was the right person for the job. I could sense the confidence and knowledge which put my mind at ease. My surgery went well with quick recovery. Would recommend him without any reservations. If you are looking for a general surgeon, I would recommend shopping around as there is a wide gap in quality across town. See another surgeon and then see Dr Khan. Dr. Kahn diagnosed a life threatening condition promptly, expedited process of getting into Surgery ASAP. Promptly reported back to family member as soon as procedure was completed. Explained what had been done, showed photos of lap procedure, gave diagnosis and prognosis immediately following surgery. Followed up w/ post-op care and was specific about discharge instructions. You will not find a more honest and compassionate doctor in Colorado Springs, CO . I was referred to Dr. Khan by my primary physician for a rare tumor that was located in my abdominal area, and Dr. Khan and his staff did extensive research on how to remove the mass without damaging my major organs, and I will be forever grateful to him and his staff.
