I wanted to become an orthodontist since I was 11 years old and started my own orthodontic treatment. I am proud of practicing in a profession where I can impact a person’s life in such a positive way. I feel very fortunate and at the same time obligated to satisfy the high standards of my profession every day. The most challenging part of orthodontics is managing the different personalities and needs of my patients, though that is also what makes life interesting!
Education and Experience
I attended George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, where I majored in biology. With a full scholarship, I continued my graduate training in molecular biology while working at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, as a research associate. I received my Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dentistry, graduating magna cum laude. I proceeded immediately to my orthodontic residency at Temple University where I …received my specialty certificate in orthodontics and my Master of Science degree in Oral Biology.
Continuing education is a vital part of practicing great orthodontics. I attend several annual symposiums and meetings such as Moyers Symposium, College of Diplomate’s annual meetings, and the American Association of Orthodontists meetings. My attendance and interactions with my colleagues give me the confidence to treat my patients with the best and most updated knowledge and techniques.
I maintain an active membership in numerous professional societies including the American Dental Association, Loudoun County Dental Society, the American Association of Orthodontists, Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists and Southern Association of Orthodontists.

My team is very special because they have great knowledge and experience in their positions. They go the extra mile to cater to our patients and referring doctors. They are always respectful and willing to do whatever it takes to provide the very best care for our patients.
In the Community
I have sponsored many community activities in the town of Purcellville and the surrounding areas such as church activities and mission trips, school sports teams, and school activities in general for the past eight years.
