Dr. Kim Knaack Dernovsek, MD

My experience with Dr. Kim Dernovsek is that she is an excellent physician, very personable and empathetic to the needs of her patients. She is recommended as highly qualified and professional. V. McClain

Dr Dernovsek is socially, medically, ethically, and professionally incompetent. She enjoys seeing people suffer. After suffering from skin disease for 6 years, she wrote a script for 1/4 oz ointment that cost $600 to deter me from see in her again. I can only assume she did not like the pigment of my skin. On the second visit, years later, I said I can now afford the script; what is it, again, She had no record of it, but she never bothered to look at my records. This time she said there is NOTHING that can be done to treat it. I found an OTC ointment that got rid it the disease in ONE WEEK! She is a medical farce and should not be trusted.

I don't know where the other review came from, but Dr. Kim Dernovsek is an incredibly experienced, caring and dedicated doctor. She listened to my skin history and treated new lesions with great care. She discovered a melanoma that another dermatologist had disregarded when I asked for it to be biopsied. She really takes time to discuss things, and does not dismiss your concerns. If you have a skin problem - please go see her!

Horrible doctor experience with Dr Dernovsek. But she took my money. She had no trouble doing that.
