Dr. Kim Mangham, MD

This is the first time I’ve had to fire a doctor. During my son’s new patient physical I explained to Dr Mangham that my son was taking two medications. I specifically mentioned the two medications he was on and she recorded them in the system. I wanted her to be his primary healthcare provider and I asked if she would manage his medications. She was too busy typing to look at me as I talked. She shook her head and said “yes”. When I called her office to request prescription renewals, she refused to issue them. She claimed she never agreed to manage my son’s medication and that I had misunderstood. When I reminded her of the exact moment I asked her to manage his medications, she changed her tune and claimed she never would have agreed to it because she doesn’t prescribe one of the medications my son needs. She left my son without an important medication he can’t be without. She should have discussed this with me during the physical so that I could plan accordingly. She is a… poor listener and is dishonest...two bad qualities in a doctor.

We love Dr. Mangham! She has been our son's pediatrician for 3 years now. She is well-read and stays up to date on the latest studies and health concerns for children. She always makes time for all of our questions (big or small). I can trust that she is going to give me all of the information so I can make a well-informed decision about my son's care. Can't recommend her enough!

I'm older and I've been seeing Dr. Mangham since I was 5 or 6 (switching to an adult doctor in the next year). She acts nice, but she can be very condescending and dismissive of concerns. She makes patients feel like they have zero understanding of how their bodies work. I've become very intimidated by her and no longer bring up my symptoms because it's a waste of time.

We love Dr. Mangham! Both of my daughters have been her patients for years now. We never feel rushed and she answers all questions. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Mangham has been great. I have 4 children ranging in ages 4-18. She is always there when we need her and has an excellent attitude towards my children. She is non judgmental and treats my family with respect. After trying several doctors closer to home we found Dr. Mangham to be the one we are proud to call our pediatrician.

We have been seeing Dr. Mangham since we moved to Keller over 8 years ago. I have 5 children and they range from ages 20 to 9 years old. I have a son with Aspergerâ??s and 2 daughters with ADD. They are all different and require Dr. Mangham to understand each of their complexities. This is just one of the many reasons that we admire Doctor Mangham so much! Doctor Mangham spends quality time with us at every visit and assures us that our kids are going to get the best and correct care. She always goes the extra mile to ensure that our (my kids and myself) needs are met and could not imagine my kids having a better doctor! We love her!!!

I chose this physician based on a similar type of physician review service. Upon the first couple of visits, I felt she was rude with a very condescending attitude. She did not listen and made her own judgments about the care required for my child, without considering the information we were providing on my child's previous conditions and health care. At the last couple of appointments, I just could not bear her attitdue further and filed a complaint, wereby I found that though under a major company name, the facility was really under her control, so we gladly requested our records be provided to us so we could find a new, more caring physician.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Mangham! She was able to diagnose my son with asthma when 2 other doctors didn't address my son's symptoms seriously. She has ALWAYS been very friendly with a smile at each visit. Love her!

She great with both of my kids, but every time she late by 30 minutes.

she is very rude and not good with children and always in a hurry to get to the next "payment" child. It seems to me she is there to get paid and does not like sick children. She really only wants well check up visits/
