Dr. Kim Lorraine Miller, MD

It was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. She would not stop cutting me off. When I would explain that she was not listening to my concerns or issues she said, "I'm sorry you feel that way." and told me that I can always get a different doctor. Her staff lied in my patient notes and claimed they advised me of things that never occurred. They called me the day before an appointment and canceled saying that appointment time had never been available. When I tried to express my concern to the doctor she simply said it had nothing to do with her, that she "can't control other people."

Thus doctor is possibly the stupidest md in az. She told me allergies arent real and arent main stream medical? Hmmm? Ok dumb #unt.

She has no heart. Only wants to sign you up for tests. Not interested in hearing what your health concerns are. Doesn't listen & only makes statements like she knows everything. I go to her once year, she's convenient!

Too often Dr. Miller responds to a patient expressing a symptom, "That's because you are getting old". The conversation ends there. She seems bored with her job.

Dr. Miller spent an hour with me and was quite thorough. I thought she was very knowledgeable, caring, and interested in getting a complete history as well. The only con is that I had to schedule my annual visit for the next year at that visit and first available was 13 months out.
